Bob Downs assisted me recently with locating my new home. With inventory levels low, that was not an easy task and I could not be happier with the end result. Bob was also very helpful throughout the process with identifying potential issues with certain home features, explaining how certain systems worked (I had never had well before!), and assessing what true selling price would be after the bidding ended. I would highly recommend Bob's services to anyone interested in acquiring or selling real estate.

We really appreciate all that Bob did with and for us finding a new home. We looked at a number of houses and made offers only to be out bud. Bob helped us not to be discouraged and took time to help research and provide information on all the home we looked. Bob was always prompt to return calls, texts and emails when we had questions or concerns. Once we actually had an offer accepted Bob again provided guidance and timely information to ensure everything went smoothly up to and including settlement. This was not our first experience purchasing a home but it was for sure the best and smoothest transaction thanks to the efforts of Bob Downs. I would highly recommend Bob be the person you look for when buying or selling your home. Great work Bob!!

Bob Downs was truly exceptional from the first day till the last. Bob walked me through and explained everything. Bob was available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need) to sell my home. I truly appreciated his input, and I relied on it. This is an invaluable quality to have, and not everyone has it. Bob went above and beyond and truly made it a pleasure to sell my home.
