Bob Downs was truly exceptional from the first day till the last. Bob walked me through and explained everything. Bob was available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need) to sell my home. I truly appreciated his input, and I relied on it. Bob Downs assisted me recently with locating my new home. With inventory levels low, that was not an easy task and I could not be happier with the end result. Bob was also very helpful throughout the process with identifying potential issues with certain home features, explaining how certain systems worked (I had never had well before!), and assessing what true selling price would be after the bidding ended. I would highly recommend Bob's services to anyone interested in acquiring or selling real estate.
